How is the order of a SG concert established?

When multiple groups are on the ticket for a concert, how is the order
of who sings first and who sings last established?

That varies wildly, but is generally controlled by the promoter (or personal
responsible for arranging the event).

If the sing was handled by a singing group, generally you can be sure they
will be the last to sing, and will be the "feature" group.

Our quartet sang recently with 4 other groups, and we literally drew names
out of a hat.
